Rules

1. Power First, data second. Power cables are much more bulky as they come with transformers. You want them under the rest of your cables.
2. Wrap excess at device, not power hub. The hub has a lot of concerns already and doesn't need any more noise. End devices have a lot less going on. Don't stow excess in middle either, you want path of cord to be easily understood.
3. Never stow excess by wraping cables from different devices together, this is intentional entanglement and makes modifications impossible without redoing everything.
4. If desiding between athsetics and simplicity, always choose simplicity. Showing the simplicity out in the open should please you.
